An unbranded percussion mount, probably 1980s or 90s vintage. Some sort of Asian import, 3/8" diameter post, chrome finish. The pins are fixed, they can be bent by hand to fit hole patterns in woodblocks.
Very good condition, light wear as shown, works with no issues.
