I'm listing this very cool old time Sta-Kon tool by Thomas & Betts. Everything works on this made in the U.S.A. piece with the handles opening easily, the wheel spinning freely, and the set screw holding the wheel in place as it should. It also appears to have some remnants of silver paint in spots.
