  • 1. The flour and water mixing ratio is supposed to 5:2.
  • 2. The width of the dough is .57in(maximum).

  • 4. Switch the dough grade knob in order. Level 1-5 is for noodles,and level 1-6 is for ravioli.
  • 5. Please roll the hand crank clockwise to complete the noodles. Anticlockwise not allowed,or it will be damage to the pasta cutter.
  • 6. There are 6 holes on the inner surface of dough grade knob,which are to hold the settings steadily.
