These are a .03″ (about 1mm) thick plastic material (NOT WOOD) that you can simply inlay into your guitar’s surface, or you can add your own adhesive and stick it to the surface the body. After hundreds of hours of research, examination of a few real 1920’s inlays, and literally dozens of actual photos of Stevie’s inlay…we have created the look of the wear and re-created all the aging marks and details to a “T” .
