We ship within United States in 1 or 2 business days via USPS/UPS/Fedex SmartPost. We have a warehouse in Washington State for returns. If we run out stock in the US warehouse, we will ship directly from our supplier via DHL (3-4 days)!
International Shipping:
We will ship directly from our supplier via DHL (3-4 days) or Express Service (4-8 days)!

Returns:
Please "return these items unused with original packaging intact" within 30 days of receipt. For exchanges, and returns that are not our fault, we will refund only the item price minus 10% restocking fees. If you return a used product, we will refund 50 - 80% of the item price, depending on the condition of the return!
