StreetRays frame gusset for your RZR 900 & XP 1000 is precision CNC cut from 3/16" USA steel plate and CNC formed on our Amada press brake for reliable fit every time. We also sourced our hardware from USA warehouse and vendors. Our frame gusset could definitely increase the rigidity of your front end frame, it is perfect for larger tires that add additional torque load or for extreme off-road conditions that could otherwise damage your RZR frame.
Features:
-Provide the best frame support for your UTV and become an effective skid plate for underside frame protection.
-Helps to eliminate the bending of the lower frame tabs by reinforcing those heavily torqued areas around tabs.
-Provide the strength your UTV needs after installing lift kit, upgrading to larger tires which increase torque load
-When upgrading to larger tires, your UTV will experience heavier weight and it will be eventually deformed under extreme riding conditions, by adding this gusset you could prevent the deformation.
-Our frame stiffener can definitely increase stability and support for your ATV frame.
