This Spring USA SM-351C-FT MAX Induction titanium sizzle cook and hold induction range was designed with innovation and optimal performance in mind. This range can quickly and precisely reach a maximum heat of 400 degrees Fahrenheit or 204 degrees Celsius. With pre-programmed settings for quick searing and a sizzle range, this unit allows you to quickly and consistently prep sizzling dishes, like fajitas, quick-fire desserts, and a variety of appetizers. This range is equipped with 3500W of heating power and exclusive SmartScan® technology, which assures the temperature is correct for precise cooking and improved energy-efficiency. This feature also includes over / under voltage protection, as well as pan size and pan type recognition to protect your pans from damage and food from burning.
With a fast response surface, this range prevents surges or spikes in temperature when moving the pan through sauteing or tossing. The automatic pan recovery recognizes pans as you lift or tilt them from the surface during cooking and adjusts to your movements - mimicking the benefits of cooking on a gas range without the flash point or price point. The convenient integrated oversized pan support also allows for smoother food preparation when using this unit. This model also features a countdown timer with 4 time settings between 30 and 80 seconds, for improved precision and exact timing when cooking or heating.
