The Every Day Carry Running Belt is lightweight, water/sweat-resistant, bounce-free, and comfortable. The EDC is made of soft Micropoly/Spandex that will easily expand to fit nearly every mobile phone/case and the water-proof liner and zipper ensure sweat and rain will not enter the waist pack*.
Other "every day" necessities that will fit include cash, cards, wallets, keys, key fobs, ID, passport, EpiPen, dog treats and more. The EDC is perfect for running, gym workouts, hiking, traveling, dog walking, traveling, shopping, concerts.
The low-profile elastic belt is adjustable (25 - 40 inches) and will stretch for a secure and comfortable fit around nearly all waist and hip sizes (we recommend wearing the waist pack low on the waist on the top of the hips). The belt buckle is located on the side for easy on and off and will not interfere with exercises and stretching that require lying on your back. The locking zipper eliminates annoying rattling while running and reflective trim around the zipper provides high visibility for night safety.
* The EDC is water-resident, not water-proof. It will protect the contents from rain and sweat, but won't protect items if submerged.
