Lovely old Spiers of Ayr plane. Sole is dovetailed to the sides. Some tarnish to the metal work and pitting to the sole (back left side) and a little to the sides, see pictures. Rear wooden infill has a repaired crack visible at the back.
To get the best out of this tool may require further sharpening and or honing of the edge.
