Here is an approximately 6" x 8" (5 3/4" x 7 3/4") glossy paper ideal for framing (frame not included) that comes printed as shown with a picture of the SP&S 700 Steam Locomotive (Photo attribution: James G. Howes) with a tiny portion of metal shavings originating from it adhered to it. We recently obtained a small part removed from the famed steam locomotive during maintenance that took place in 2013. We then shaved a tiny portion of some of the metal off of that piece and adhered the shavings to the glossy paper. We have several of these glossy paper displays each with a tiny portion of the metal shavings, one of those displays is for sale here. The SP&S 700 is the third largest steam locomotive still in use. We encourage anyone interested in this historic locomotive to Google it as amongst other things, complete small parts from it are for sale directly from the source. We are offering this display as an alternate way to honor this locomotive. Please note that the complete part piece and packaging it came with as shown above are not a part of this sale!
