It has x2 16awg color coded LS-PVC (low-Smoke Polyvinyl Chloride) insulated stranded bare copper conductors, covered in a foil shield (100% coverage aluminum foil/polyester tape backing with foil side facing out), with stranded tinned copper drain and nylon ripcord, all in a white LS-PVC jacket. Made in the USA. See specs below. This cable is UL Listed and CMP/CL3P/FPLP (Plenum) rated for in-wall/between floors/air ducts.
