3d printed loading motor coupler for various Sony SLV VHS VCRs. The original shaft coupler is known to crack which prevents the motor from translating rotational motion to the worm gear. This gear is modeled in be near exact to the factory original. Material is Nylon and manufactured on a industrial MJF printer for maximum strength. It is advisable to reuse the small rubber bushing (Called out as a Rubber Joint, Sony PN# 3-959-840-11) that sits between the coupler and worm gear as shown in the pictures.

Coupler Overall Length is 8MM. The 8mm long coupler is used extensively in the H Mechanism Sony Units. Some motor applications on other Sony units may require a shorter coupler. I do sell a 4MM long coupler for those applications. Please check overall length of the original coupler to verify.
