Buckskin Leather

We have been getting requests for a darker variation of our braintan colored buckskin. Well here you go...

This listing is for one of these beautiful, commercially tanned, grain on, goat leather hides. We combine the dyes to give them the look of smoked brain tanned leather. They have not actually been smoked.

This listing is for one of these nice grain on, saddle brown colored, goat leather hides. The suede has been buffed to make it nice and level so either side can be used. Any footage stamps are low in the neck area to give you the largest useable area.

They are 2-2.5 oz. in weight, and are pliable.

These hides are slightly firmer than deerskin but can be used for most of the same craft projects.

The photos give you an idea of what some of the hides in this batch look like. You may not receive any of the exact hides shown.

You will find tons of uses for this piece of leather in your Native American, black powder, SASS cowboy, taxidermy and many other craft projects.

It will be great for making bags, buckskin clothing items, handle wraps, laces, antler mounts, etc.

These are craft grade hides so some blemishes, etc., are possible and they may vary in shade, shape, etc. from the photos.

We ship most of our orders via Priority Mail. We have found this to be the fastest and most secure method. We do offer first class shipping on some items. If it is an option it will be available in the shipping calculator or you will be notified when we send your invoice.
