Suitable for the following types
DC low voltage control mode,It is generally used in filling machines with universal controllers. This foot switch has the following two conditions: a. Step down do not loosen, filling machine only fill once, b. step down do not loosen, filling machine continuous filling. AC high pressure control mode, generally used in pneumatic piston filling machine, which requires an additional DC controlled AC contactor to complete compatibility. Pneumatic control mode, generally used in pneumatic filling machine This kind of foot switch is to control the pressure valve to make the filling machine work, and another pneumatic solenoid valve is needed to replace the foot switch control.
This controller slave foot pedal can provide three signals. A. The relay is continuously closed during working hours When the foot switch is pressed, the filling machine is only filled once. 　 B. During the working time, the relay is closed for about 0.5 seconds and disconnected It is suitable for the filling machine that does not loosen the continuous filling when the foot switch is stepped on. 　 C. During the work time, the output DC voltage is 12V and disconnected for about 0.5 seconds Suitable for pneumatic filling machine, AC foot switch requires a 12V DC AC contactor (self-provided) Pneumatic foot switch needs to add a 12V DC pneumatic solenoid valve (self-provided)
