This listing is for a Brand New Simplicity Sewing Pattern. We acquired our patterns from a local fabric store that is closing.  Patterns are brand new, factory folded, and UNCUT.  The envelope that the pattern is in shows some signs of age such as:  folds, minor (if any) tears, minor crinkling of the corners.  The closure flap on some of the envelopes might be wrinkled.  Some envelopes are in very good condition.
