The majority of our orders ship out USPS First Class with Tracking or USPS Priority mail. Larger packages will be shipped out via UPS Ground or FedEx ground depending on the cost. Some larger media items may ship out USPS Media mail. Please pay close attention to the shipping method designated in the listing. Transit times will vary primarily on your distance from the Chicago Metro Region.
We are committed to providing you with excellent customer service. If an issue arrises with your order please message us immediately. Pictures are HIGHLY recommended and may be required to file insurance claims. We do our best to package all items as needed however once the item leaves our hands we have essentially no control over the items treatment. The Post Office, FedEx and UPS are all experiencing random shipping delays. We do our best to keep an open line of communication with all of our customers and once again if an issue arrises please reach out to us.
We manage our store Monday Thru Friday 10AM to 6PM Central Time. We will do our best to reply to all pertinent inquires during those hours and make an effort to respond if possible even outside those hours.
