RETURN POLICY:

If you have any issues regarding this item i.e., damages, shortages, quality control, etc. simply let us know by sending us pictures of the issue and we will deal with Sideshow Collectibles directly to get the problem resolved. This is sometimes a lengthy process(2-4 weeks) as Sideshow Collectibles customer support tend to prioritize their customers first. However, we do our very best to resolve the issue as fast as we can.

If you do not want to wait for any type of replacement from Sideshow and just want to return the item back to us, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Also, if your item had free shipping, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund as well as the initial shipping costs. This also applies if you refuse your order or your order is returned to us for any reason. Also, if returning an item, it must be returned with all items intact including the ART BOX and BROWN SHIPPER BOX. In other words, exactly as how you received the item.

Lastly, when it comes to damaged items, we are not responsible for any damages that occur to the brown outer shipping box. The brown shipping boxes are intended to shield the item inside from any damages during the shipping process and are not considered a part of the item's packaging.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

This item ships ONLY within the contiguous 48 United States via UPS Ground. When shipping out bigger items like quarter scale statues, busts, etc., we require SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. So make sure there is someone home to sign for you order.
