To make a GALLON of snowcone syrup make a simple syrup mixture of 5 lbs (or 11 1/2 cup of sugar) mixed with hot/boiling water to fill the gallon bottle. Then add the FOUR OUNCE bottle of concentrate to your simple syrup.
