Product features
- Concentricity is less than .0002 at collet face
- Made of alloy steel and hardened to HRc 58 and all critical surface is precision ground
- R8 drive slot is precision mill finished to give a tight fit into the R8 spindle
- Internal set screw is included and can be used as a stopping pin to prevent end mill or drill from sliding backwards while performing heavy cutting
- ER collet nut is nickel plated to improve rust resistance than black oxided finished collet nut
