***My items are from a smoke free home. I do purchase items from auctions and estates and cannot promise all to be                                                                                        smoke free. But I will not sell anything I know has a smokey smell, at least without advertising it that way.    

***Please pay for the purchased item promptly.  If you cannot, let me know. I will not have a problem waiting on payment                                                                                      if you need reasonable time and let me know.  Please do not be high bidder and ignore it.   

***I do not charge extra for postage. I am not doing this to make extra money from postage as some does on Ebay.                                                                                                I will refund postage overpayment back to the buyer when it warrants it.  Items will be mailed quickly, 2-3 days after                                                                                                payment or quicker.  You can find the tracking number on the paid item advertisement on Ebay.   I will return feedback.  

 ***I will take returns on most items unless I say otherwise on the advertisement.  I will not pay return postage just because                                                                                  you changed your mind on the purchase or do not like it.  I try the best I can to describe all items and show pictures.                                                                                      Sometimes pictures will show the description better than anything I can say.   

***No local picking up. I have seen too many problems others have had with this.

 ***I do not mail outside the United States unless it has a USPS zip code.
