Set of (4) Boring Head Fly Cutters that Hold 5/16" Carbide Tip or HSS Cutter.  The tools look excellent. The largest (3) are a set and have a wooden block and hold 5/16" tools. They have a 3/4" shank with a flat. They are marked India.  The small one holds a 3/16" tool and has a 1/2" shank.   Normal use, wear, and age will show.
