Both card radios confirmed to work (I own another complete in box set). One does not have its protective film while the other one does. Will not come with batteries due to shipping slowdowns/cost (they take CR2016 batteries available on Amazon). Does not come with the headphone. Despite full functionality when I tested it, these are vintage items and are sold as is. In my experience they are incredibly reliable radios. I kept one of these in my wallet for weeks with absolutely no issue, very durable.
