Sennheiser HMEC45-KA Noise Cancelling headset with extras in VGC. I retired from the airlines and don't need it anymore. Extremely light weight and with new ear cushions, very comfortable for long periods of flight. Mic boom swings around almost 360 so you can use the mic on either ear-side (left seat or right seat with "open-ear" towards other pilot). Powered by two AA batteries and they last a long time (over 80 hours).

Comes with Airbus adapter, a PS Engineering "Muse" that allows for a sub-mini jack music input that has a mode where it mutes the music if it senses and incoming communication, original carrying-case and an extra microphone muff.
