Description
The SPIDER RT1 features two different intercom modes: Group Mesh Intercom and Multi-Channel Open Mesh Intercom. When using Group Mesh, users create a private group that supports up to 24 riders over a range of up to 5 miles / 8 km (min 6 riders @ 1 mi / 1.6 km intervals). Users are invited into Group Mesh, giving added control and privacy.Multi-Channel Open Mesh lets you communicate with virtually any number of participants in the Mesh network within a range of up to 5 miles / 8 km. Open Mesh also features multi-channel options, with nine channels available! You can switch between the nine frequencies for conversations with different riding groups within the larger Open Mesh group.
The SPIDER RT1 features an impressive 11.5 hour talk time, plus fast charging in just 1.5 hours. The SPIDER RT1 is also conveniently compatible with all Sena Mesh-equipped devices, including the SPIDER ST1, 50S, 50R, 30K, Momentum EVO, and any Sena Bluetooth device that is connected to the +Mesh Adapter.

Bought this because others I ride with use them. I'm amazed, incredible sound quality, easy set up and connection. Great for music and Google maps... And I can chew the boyfriends ear off while we're riding... Win win.

Ten out of ten for functionality but first one the software want corrupt. Was replaced with no hassle by SBS. As part of a riding group the mesh to mesh functionality is superb.

Purchased a double pack earlier in the year for me and my son and found them easy to install and use and good quality comms so purchased the single one for the wife's helmet, good value when on sale

I have and ST1 and bought this for my Pillion to use as I thought the button option would be easier for them. Sound quality is good and has a decent volume and its all pretty straightforward to setup, good to have a PC handy though to do the firmware update. It has a good selection of options for fitting and I prefer the clip on which seems very secure. The batteries have impressed be most as even when off for longer periods it really holds it charge and even is use it does not drain much.

Having bought the same unit last year BMW badged with a new bike, decided to get the wife one to allow communication whilst on longer runs. Very easy to set up and sounds great when out on a run. Bought on special deal, well worth the money.
