Description
The 20S EVO was designed with a fixed type, shark fin antenna as opposed to its predecessor with the flip up antenna. This sleek new antenna design improves upon intercom stability and even secures the intercom distance while updates to the hardware allow for an even more robust general performance updates. The same feature set that made the 20S the world's #1 Bluetooth communicator is still present in the 20S EVO. Use the updated intercom function to stay in touch with up to eight other riders up to 2 km (1.2 miles) away, through the Group Intercom feature.
Superior Sound
The 20S EVO now features premium HD speakers. Designed with a bevelled taper, the HD speakers fit easily into helmet pockets and give riders a more comfortable experience. Sena's HD speakers offer a marked increase in volume, bass boost, and clarity. Sena's Advanced Noise Control ensures ambient noise doesn't interfere with incoming and outgoing audio. Audio Multitasking technology allows you to have an intercom conversation while simultaneously listening to music, or GPS instruction.
Easy Use
The simplified user interface makes setting up and pairing your 20S EVO incredibly easy, thanks to Sena's motion sensor technology. Pair your Bluetooth devices with a simple shake of the 20S EVO. Once you're on the road, complete control of the 20S EVO can be done through hands-free voice commands. Intuitive technology ensures safe, controlled riding as you seamlessly move through music, phone, and intercom features. The optional Remote Controls give you even more command-and-control flexibility. Linking the 20S EVO with the Sena Headset App (for iPhone and Android) allows you to configure device settings and access the Sena quick guide at the click of a button. The 20S EVO can also easily connect to the Sena RideConnected App to intercom with a virtually limitless amount of riders over an infinite range, so long as you are connected to a mobile network.

It's old now but gold, battery life is brilliant, straight forward easy to use once your used to the sena layout. Purchased a second as my original is still working fine but eventually these are going to be superseded and unavailable
I bought this headset from SBS I Bristol as an update to my previous one which was an interphone 3 which I had for over 15 years, whilst there was an improvement to the sound, it wasn t an overly noticeable difference, but haven t as yet used it to its full potential, the only issue I had was that when I opened it I found that there were no instructions and that a couple of the sticky fixings had been used, when I called customer service about it, I was informed that Bristol would get back to me which they never did,, overall the Sena 20s is ok, customer service not quite so.
Easy to fit and very clear sound. Have taken calls and the other person couldn’t tell I was on a bike. Great service from SBS
This is a great intercom and headset. I love that the main unit is easily detatchable so I can take it off and charge it without leaving the whole helmet by the charging point. The sound is very clear, even with my ear plugs in. Audio quality is good both when used as an intercom, and when making calls via my phone. My only issue with it is that the voice recognition isn't great. It frequently doesn't hear or understand the voice commands which is a bit frustrating. Thankfully the button shortcuts are easy to use, even with winter gloves on, so its easy to start/stop/skip tracks on the go.
