Screen Printing LED Light Exposure Unit 11.8" x 15.7" Movable / Table Mounted

This machine is mainly used for screen printing, pad printing, hot stamping board, etc. Built-in four LED dedicated UV printer lamp tubes. Time control, automatic shutdown.

Notice:

Different brands of photosensitive adhesive need different exposure time, the operator needs to use the photosensitive adhesive before the machine exposure experiment to determine the best exposure time.

3:The machine is equipped with 8mm toughened glass plate, good weight resistance and friction resistance. Once the glass is broken, the glass fragments are in the state of no sharp Angle, to ensure the safety of users. 

4:Adopt the simple and convenient countdown timer to set the printing time. When the exposure time reaches, the machine shuts off the lamp tube automatically.

5:Timer with automatic memory function, set once, no matter the switch host times, timing is permanently saved.

6: To ensure the transportation safety of tubes, all tubes are individually packaged.

Methods of using the timer :
1.Before using, please press the "C" button to reset, the display shows 00:00 00 and it is flashing state.

2.Press the "hour" and "minute" and "second" button separately to set the countdown of the electrify time, the display shows "ON"

3.Press the "start/pause" button to start the countdown.

At first press the "C" button to remove the original set ; Then press "minute" set to"5"; press "seconds" set to "30"; Then press the "start/pause" to start the countdown, lamp open; After five minute 30 seconds countdown , plate burning machine tube closed.

This setting do not need to change, it is automatically saved. When the machine starts again, the countdown still shows 5 minutes and 30 seconds.
