Up for sale here is this rebuild kit for the Sansui CA-2000 preamplifier.  This includes all the parts you need to rebuild a Sansui CA-2000.

This kit includes replacements for all electrolytic and tantalum caps, replacements for many diodes and transistors, and replacements for the 2SA798 dual transistors that frequently go bad.

These are all high-quality brand new genuine parts, the same ones I use when I rebuild vintage equipment.  Capacitors are Nichicon PW, Nichicon Muse, and Wima film.  Transistors are Fairchild/Onsemi and Toshiba.

Contents:
Power Supply:
14 capacitors
10 transistors
13 diodes (2 dual, 1 zener)

Phono:
8 capacitors
14 transistors
2 2SA798 replacements

Mid/Bass/Filter:
14 capacitors
6 transistors
4 2SA798 replacements

Headphone:
11 capacitors
7 transistors

Volume:
8 capacitors
6 transistors
2 2SA798 replacements

This kit includes a total of 119 parts.  This is not a quick and easy rebuild, it will take a decent amount of time and effort.  The instructions will explain how everything goes in, but will not cover how to disassemble your equipment.  This is a complicated job, so if you do not have a lot of experience with vintage gear you should not start with this one.  You should know what you're doing and have a decent soldering iron, a good desoldering tool such as the Hakko FR-301, and a dim-bulb tester with 60W, 75W, or 100W incandescent bulb.

There are eight mini adapter boards and eight SMD dual transistors to replace the eight 2SA798s. You will need to assemble these, so you'll need either a very fine-point soldering iron tip and very thin solder, or you'll need SMD-working equipment.  Or you can skip that step.

US shipping and handling is $5, and international is $18, no matter what quantity you buy. All my small parts are set up for combined shipping, so just use the "add to cart" feature and then check out all at once, and it will combine shipping. If you have any questions, please ask.
