 After you place the order, if you don't want to give us your password or reset your phone. 

you can put your phone on maintenance mode.

(Follow the instructions how to put your phone on maintenance mode)

1. Please pack your Phone/LCD securely 

with bubble wrap and ship it to our repair facility:

2. Please include your Ebay user ID inside the package! 

3. Send us the tracking number via eBay message.

4. After receiving your phone/LCD, we will test the LCD before Re-glassing.

5. Once Re-glassing complete, we will ship back the Phone/LCD to you within 2-5 Business days.

6. Priority return shipping is $5 extra, please purchase it if you need it faster.

"Maintenance mode instructions"

Turn on maintenance mode

1.    Navigate to and open Settings, and then tap Device care.

2.    Tap Maintenance mode. If you would like to make a backup, swipe down to see your options. See the next section for details about backing up.

3.    Tap Turn on. Follow the on-screen prompts.

Note: You will be prompted to set up a Lock screen if you do not already have one. Please see the previous section for details.

 

Turn off maintenance mode

1.    Navigate to and open Settings, and then tap Device care.

2.    Tap Maintenance mode, then tap Exit, and then tap Restart. Enter your Lock screen credentials when prompted.

3.    You can also turn off Maintenance mode from the Notification panel. Swipe down from the top of the screen, and then tap the notification that says, “Your phone/tablet is in Maintenance mode.”
