Thermostat kit was a customer store return due to wrong color, changed mind, minor blemishes, etc. and cannot be sold as new. Kit professionally inspected, tested, w/brand new battery, perfectly working WIFI, fully functional, clean and comes w/all the parts shown in listing pictures. Kit will either be Google or Nest branded (contact us if you have a preference) and arrive with all the parts and instructions necessary for a new and complete installation. The thermostat display part has a shiny, scratch-free, clear lens screen and metal ring. The kit has been discounted due to having LIGHT, minor cosmetic blemishes on the small, bottom black strip and/or wiring base parts (due to store return, shipping and/or handling) which do not impact the functionality of the device. The kit will arrive professionally repackaged in a generic box to ensure safe transport. If you purchase more than one then the products will arrive packed together in a single Contractor's Bulk Pack generic box to save on shipping and handling.
