This is the first-generation S&S HK GLM grenade launcher holster, which has been discontinued and is no longer produced in this design.
It is mounted on a Blackhawk STRIKE Platform, allowing attachment to MOLLE vests or leg panels.
The holster includes lanyards for securing the launcher.
