    Orders placed before 2 pm Monday-Friday(US EST). No shipping on weekends and holidays. Custom products can take up to 2 days to ship.

    USPS First Class services will be shipped using an international shipping consolidator(Asendia). International orders are shipped to the consolidator by United Parcel Service (UPS) where they are sorted and dispatched. Google "A1 Tracking" and click the first link to track your order. Enter the eBay tracking starting with PHILUTPA provided with your shipping confirmation email.

    Tracking** will not be shown on the USPS website unless you receive a tracking # started with two letters.
