Pack of 50 outer lenses designed for the RPB Nova 2000 blasting hood. Lenses have peel away film on both sides (color of peel away film may vary due to manufacturer, the lenses will be the exact same). Direct precise fit in blast hood. The helmet will maintain all safety requirements when lenses are correctly used. Lenses are new unused in original packaging from manufacturer.

To remove peel off film use a fingernail, knife or similar tool to get the film started on the very edge of the lens. Once started simply grab and pull off the film to reveal the clear lens underneath, then install lens/lenses into blast hood. Film is in place to protect the lenses from damage before being used in the blast hood.  


To install lens remove old/used lens, wipe off window frame with a damp cloth. Grab a new lens and remove the protective film (see above process) align the holes/indentations on the side of the lens with the alignment/retention "bumps" on the frame. Carefully close the window frame and secure it back to the blast hood. verify proper visibility and installation before blasting.
