Shipping instructions:

We allow customers to make their own shipping arrangements. If you prefer, we can make the arrangements. In order to provide a quote, we need to know your zip code, if it is a residential or commercial address and whether or not you have a loading dock or forklift. We are located in Maryland.

Delivery to a location within 100 miles of zip 20707 is $ 225.00. Machine will be placed inside your location. If your location has steps there is an additional fee of $ 10.00 per step.

At the time of delivery and before signing the delivery receipt, carefully inspect the packaging and product for freight damage. If the packaging appears only slightly damaged make sure to check inside for damage. If the machine is damaged, write "packaged damaged" on the delivery receipt. This is important if you need to file a freight claim. You can refuse delivery of the product if there is significant damage by signing the delivery receipt "refused due to damage".

If the buyer signs the documents the buyer is saying the machines were delivered in satisfactory condition without any visible damages. In that case, we will not be able to address a legitimate claim if the buyer signs the shipping companies paperwork without fully documenting visible shipping damages. It will be the buyer's loss in such cases if there is shipping damage and the buyer or the buyer's agent signs the paperwork from the trucking company without fully documenting visible shipping damages.
