I've heard the bigger Canoes called "Butterbeans", but that's actually incorrect; Rough Rider made a few "Butterbeans" or "Elephant Toes" and while flat and round, they are different than Canoes.

The blades move smoothly and are relatively easy to open, and they close with a distinctive snap. Blades are sharp right out of the box. There are no half-stops.
