Rotala rotundifolia red is a vibrant, fast-growing stem plant popular in freshwater aquascaping. Its delicate, rounded leaves can turn pinkish-red under high light, adding color and texture to tanks. It grows best planted in substrate and benefits from moderate to high lighting and CO₂, but can adapt to low-tech setups. Easy to trim and propagate, it's great for creating lush backgrounds or dense midground clusters. A favorite among aquascapers, it’s both shrimp- and fish-safe.
