ROGERS L-Arm Tom Mount / Ratchet, Big-R era.

Nice condition Big-R era tom arm. The ratchet has excellent condition gears. Chrome is bright. Unit shows use of being handled in the hardware case (scratches). This fits the MemriLock system mounts of the late 70's to late 90's.
