Inspections:

Every FEDEX shipment is insured. But in order to collect the insurance on damaged goods the receiver MUST INSPECT THE SHIPMENT BEFORE SIGNING FOR IT!

Legally, when we release the shipment over to the shipping company, the shipping company owns it.

It is imperative that you carefully inspect your shipment for any damage.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

Per ebay policy, you have within 14 days to contact us about a return. If you are not happy with your purchase and we are unable to make things right, then we will accept a return under these specific conditions. If returns are necessary, buyer will be required to pay all return shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee on returns other than Item not as Described.

The buyer can refuse to accept the shipment, if they believe item is "NOT AS DESCRIBED" or damaged in shipping. We cannot accept returns, after the item is accepted, taken off the pallet or installed.
