It was used , working conditions the clutch it gripping on both positions in and out.
Missing the paint on top part , it has a lots of scratches all over, the back two legs are a little bit higher the one on the front.
All the legs were replaced with pipes, doesn't have the original legs!
Apparently it was greased after the last usages.
The cables must be pushed manually.
