Description
The Seesoft CE-Level 2 back protector insert is designed to absorb variable impacts without compromising on comfort, ventilation or freedom of movement. The highly impact-resistant blend of Nitrille and Polynorbornene rubber results in a memory foam that is multi-impact rated and CE certified to the highest level (EN 1621-2:2003 - level 2).
In the case of severe angular impact, the individual Memory foam layers will shift relative to one another, resulting in impact dispersion over a larger effective surface area, and therefore minimizing the energy that is transmitted to the spine and back. By applying a multiple-layer concept, Rev'it has developed a flexible back protector insert that performs consistently in all conditions. The size required for a particular Rev'it jacket will have the type and size marked on the protector pocket.

Much thinner and more comfortable than it looks, very nice to wear with the Revit eclipse 2 jacket.
Bought this Rev'it Seesoft back protector for the suit as recommended by Rev'it. Its not easy to slip into its pocket correctly but stays put once there. Fortunately havent crash tested it but after wearing twice have forgotten its there so comfortable enough. Well made/designed piece of kit

Adding this to my smock made the whole garment a little expensive. However, Sportsbikeshop had this at the lowest price. It is a snug fit in the pocket and so it will not move. It is also large and so gives a good amount of cover. The quality is what you would expect from a major kit supplier.
Perfect fit for my Revit Eclipse Ladies Touring Jacket. Just check the jacket before you order the size (it tells you on there!). Now I can stop swapping back protectors back and forth every time I change jackets and spend more time riding!
