Two modes introduction

48V 100Ah Wiring

  • Assuming each battery is a 12V 100Ah battery bank, you will combine 4 x 12V batteries in series to achieve a 48V 100Ah battery bank. In series connections, the 12V voltages add up to 48V, while the 100Ah Rating remains the same.

Wiring Tips for 3 X 12V100Ah Battery System

  • Assuming each battery is a 12V 100Ah battery bank, you will combine 3 x 12V batteries in series to achieve a 36V 100Ah battery bank. In series connections, the 12V voltages add up to 36V, while the 100Ah Rating remains the same.

NOTE: The M3 screws have a recommended torque of 0.5~0.8 N-m / 0.4~0.6 lb. ft.

The M6 screws have a recommended torque of 4.1~5.0 N-m1 / 3~3.7 lb. ft.
