Yes,the hardwire kit enables dashcams parking monitoring mode and protects the Car battery from being depleted. The hardwire kit is not Included, you need to purchase it separately.

I lost the dash cam accessories during use, can I buy them separately?

Do I need to buy SD card to use this dash cam?what size sd card is recommended?
This dash cam supports SD card of 32GB-256GB. A free 32GB card is included in the package. U3 Class 10 SD card is recommended if you need to buy a new one, or just purchase Redtiger in-store 128GB SD card which is the most fit.
