Payment Policy

1. We accept paypal, credit card,debit card,Google Pay;

2. All payments are expected within 7 days after the last within auction is closed.All unpaid auction will be forfeited;

3. By bidding on your auction,we will assume that bidder had accepted our terms & conditons;

4. After paying the buyer need to leave recipient address, name and contact number. his is ensure that products arrived safety and timely.

Shipping Policy

1. We only ship the items to the address you have indicated, if we sent you the parcel to the correct address that you offered but you still cannot receive the parcel successfully, we are not in charge for it, so please check it carefully!!!

2. We will deliver the items within 1 day after payment received from PayPal. If the items can't arrive at the exact time, please contact with us on eBay message, we will help you;

3. Shipment is directly sent by Speedpak or China Post or E-packet or HK Post.

4. If you want to get the item fast, we also provide the international shipping, so you can contact with us, and then we will give you a quote of the freight.

Return Policy

Unwanted Goods:

We offer a 30 day return policy. Once you inform a member our team, you can then return the parcel within 30 days of receiving the goods. This is under the following conditions:

1. The item must be unused and in a resalable condition otherwise are not eligible for a refund. Items returned after 30 days or with poor condition packaging will be subject to a deduction of 15% restocking fee.

2. Carriage charges for returning unwanted parcels or items ordered in error are at your expense, we cannot be held responsible for this.

3. Please use a traceable service, otherwise there is a possibility the courier could misdeliver your goods and your parcel will not be relocated. We cannot be responsible for which courier you choose to return any items back with.

Order Cancellations:

Once you place an order with us, there is only a short time frame we are able to cancel that in this is even shorter if you have selected a Next Day delivery option. Please contact us immediately by and our team will do their best to arrange this for you. Please note:

1. Emailing us that you wish to cancel your order does NOT guarantee its cancellation. Only once the order has been confirmed as cancelled by a member of our team is this the case.

2. Once an order is in the despatching process, we are then unable to cancel it.

3. We do not take financial responsibility for the cost of the return of any products ordered in error or that are no longer wanted.

4. If a parcel is returned to us due to it being refused, a £10 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty Goods:

Once any return is received back we will process it within 7 days.
