This is an UNFINISHED DOLLHOUSE KIT that includes all the supplies needed to build the Alison Jr. Victorian Dollhouse! The Alison Jr. dollhouse is one of our most popular 1 inch scale dollhouse kits. The mansard roof allows for much more decorating space than a traditional colonial style house. With options for expansion, this dollhouse kit is perfect for any type of builder.

IMPORTANT RETURN INFO: We accept returns for dollhouse kits made within 15 days from the date of delivery. All items must be new, UNOPENED and returned in their original packaging. If you open the dollhouse kit, we can not accept a return. You must receive authorization from us before returning any items and the item must be returned to the address provided in the return authorization. A 20% restocking fee applies to dollhouse kit returns. A return is not necessary for missing or damaged parts. We will replace missing or damaged parts at no cost to the buyer.
