Rayo 82 marked copper tank tubular lantern 1910 ? patent date

copper tank Rayo 82 marked tubular lantern, fill cap easily unscrews, burner and cone come out, cone doesn't look right, clear unmarked globe, looks like solder repair at base of both tubes and around fill, tin areas were painted black at one time, last patent date seems to be 1910, Ask questions if you have any or ask for more pictures as this is not a lantern I know much about.
