Scissors have wear and damage; nicks, scratches, scuffs, and a broken tip. They measure 8-1/8" inches long. Likely need to be sharpened if they are to be used. They have 'PROPERTY OF C. & O. RY. CO.' stamped on them.
Shipping: Most of my packages are sent out the next day
