Early large (nearly 2 1/2 feet long) Wonder Bread wooden bread carrying crate. A rare piece of advertising history from one of the most iconic companies in the United States. From Buffalo, New York. Great for display with country store primitives, on a wall or shelf in a kitchen with other bakery advertising items, or for storage under a bed or sofa. Has 2 handles for easy carrying. Beautiful aged patina on the wood. Says in faded lettering "WONDER BREAD, It's Slo-Baked", on both sides of the wood crate.
