Rare 1999 4 pocket WOTC collection book. Both collectible and usable.
Condition is as pictured: there’s some minor scuffing on the cover. There’s two tears on the side of the cover. There’s stickers on the inside of the book.
Additionally, most of the pages are stiff due to moisture, but this can be easily fixed and I was able to easily use it as a regular binder to store sleeved cards.
