This is the rare Eastside Old Tap overflowing well motion beer sign. This sign works exactly as it should. The motion gives the look of water overflowing from the well.
There is one chip on the top which has been repaired and random nicks and dings as pictures show. Power cord in great shape, lights right up and starts spinning. A great addition to your collection or man cave.
