Before purchasing any part from HLR Spares: We do NOT offer a buy and try service where you are simply purchasing items to try and fix your car before knowing what is wrong with the vehicle. We always advise taking your vehicle to a garage and getting it diagnosed correctly before ordering any parts. Please check your current part number matches the one we have provided on our listing, if un sure please contact your local Land Rover main dealer to see if the part number has changed through out the years or contact us. Compatibility is provided on listings to give an indication of some of the cars this part will fit. However, it may not fit your car due to the many differences with specification, changes on model years or someone has already changed the item for a wrong part.

Please take ebays compatibility as a guide.

Used items will have some marks and scratches from use and storage, please look at all the photos we have provided. All items such as engines and gearboxes over 5 years old would expect to need all gaskets and seals changed, we do not provide warranty for oil leaks. Some items will have surface rust due to where they are positioned on a vehicle such as watts linkages, trailing arms, drive shafts, used chassis and undertrays.

Please note we are unable to guarantee any paint code matches. Paint can age differently due to factors such as storage, usage, UV exposure etc. Please factor in re-painting when purchasing any painted panels.

Deliveries: Before booking deliveries to non-residential / workplaces ie: Sainsbury’s, Argos, local shops etc , please check if the can take heavy items, pallets and car parts and they are going to inform you when they have been delivered. HLR Spares will give a tracking number on all items over £15 when the item leaves our warehouse, this must be followed by the buyer, any missed deliveries or redeliveries must be arranged by the buyer and any returned fees applied is charged to the buyer. Collection is preferred on all items.

Fitting Parts: All items must be fitted by a qualified vehicle technician no warranty will be implied otherwise. Air suspension pumps, handbrake mechanisms etc will have to be calibrated to the vehicle. Electrical items such as BCU’S , ECU’S and even injectors must be programmed and even re programmed to vehicles as they are not going to simply just plug in and work.

Returns: If you have bought the wrong item or you have changed your mind ebay will allow you to return your item for a refund we will not cover the return postage and we will charge for the delivery. In unfortunate cases where we have sent out a item that has been fitted and is faulty: Please get the garage who is fitting the item to give us a call to see if we can resolve the issue, we offer 30 calendar days parts only warranty on used parts where the item has to be returned back to our warehouse before a refund is given, we will pay for the return delivery and we would like some co operation to help book a collection time. The items returned must be the items we sent out with our markings and without fitting damage. If you simply open a case on ebay without any communication the item will have to be returned, please contact us.

When a item is listed as spares or repair, damaged or broken - there is NO RETURNS on this item this solely a for parts only item with no warranty.

Click and collect is preferred on all items, due to trying all the couriers we have found that HLR Spares can not guarantee items will not get damaged or arrive exactly on the time and day we would like . Collection also allows the customer to check the item they have purchased to make sure it is as we have listed.

We are open Monday to Friday 8.30-6pm and Saturday 8-12.30 collection can be arranged outside these hours by appointment only.

We currently use DPD, Royal Mail, Fedex / TNT & UPN for our pallet deliveries

Our standard eBay postage cut off is 12 noon. If you need the parts urgently please call us and we will do our best to get it out the same day for you.
