NOTE: Coral colors may vary slightly with different lighting fixtures. We take
photos with a polyp lab orange lens under blue lighting with an Olympus
underwater camera. We do our very best to post photos of the coral that represent how it looks in person.
SHIPPING: Shipping days are Mon-Wed. Please indicate if you will not be home to receive your order and need a specific shipping date. We do not hold coral longer than 3 business days from purchase.
DOA POLICY:
Corals
WILL NOT Arrive Fully open, please allow them to open up and recover
from shipping. A closed coral is not a dead coral. A dead coral will
arrive with dark brown water and smell very bad.
If
in the unfortunate event that you have a D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival) coral
upon opening your box, please send us a message with a photo within
2hrs of delivery. After receiving the photos, we will advise what to do
with the DOA, do not discard until instructed. If DOA is confirmed by
us, credit will be given. Often, we are able to replace the DOA with the
same or similar item. We are not responsible for Carrier Delays.
